A Bit About Me: Over the past 17 years, I’ve been on a transformative journey, after going through bariatric surgery and shedding over 105 pounds, navigating the nuances of food and health.
This personal experience led to a professional one—I became a certified holistic nutrition coach with AFPA as of February 2023. I’m eager to share this knowledge, helping others redefine their relationship with food.
