1box of your favorite whole wheat spaghetti or pasta
2cans of tuna in olive oil
2garlic cloveschopped
20grape tomatoessliced in half
2tablespoonsof capers
2tablespoonsof parsleychopped
2tablespoonsof chiveschopped
1tablespoonof olive oil
10kalamata olivessliced into small pieces
Instructions
Open the canned tuna and drain the oil, keep one spoon full.
Boil some salted water on a pot, cook the pasta for 8 minutes for "al dente" pasta. When done, drain the liquid and add some butter or olive oil.
On a frying pan, add one tablespoon of the tuna oil and one tablespoon of olive oil. Add the garlic and the tomatoes cook for 3-5 minutes and then ad the tuna, olives, capers, chives and parsley.
