This healthy chicken shawarma wrap is one of my favorite Lebanese-inspired meals because it checks every box: flavorful, easy, and perfect for sharing. Think juicy spiced chicken, a quick yogurt sauce, and crunchy salad inside warm pita.

If you’ve been building the Lebanese mezze series with me, this is the protein main that ties everything together. Serve it with fattoush, tabbouleh, hummus, and baba ganoush for the full spread.
Protein-forward note:
This is a solid protein-forward recipe. If you want it even more protein-forward, use chicken breast, add extra chicken to your wrap, and keep pita portions moderate.
