There’s nothing fancy or complicated about this recipe, and that is exactly why I love it! this is comfort food at its best. Homey and comforting! all you need after a long monday! don’t you agree? In addition this recipe have easy ingredients and it’s fast to put together. When you know you are going to make these, just put the meat on the fridge the night before, and in the morning before leaving for work, just season well and keep it on the fridge until coming home from work.

The breadcrumbs and cheese really help to get a moist meatball, you could even put the sauce ingredients on the crockpot so the sauce will be ready when you come home!

Happy cooking!

  • 1 cebolla rallada
  • 1 taza pan rallado fresco

I just made spaghetti and meatballs for dinner Friday night! It was a cold night and we had just finished a little Xmas shopping. I didn’t want to eat out so thought of doing meatballs for dinner (plus we were at The Fresh Market and they just put out the most beautiful freshly ground chuck). I love eating pasta with saucy meatballs when it’s cold outside. Total comfort food! GOOD EATS 🙂
