Chop the scallions and cilantro into small pieces. In a stockpot add the water, coriander, chives, milk and salt. When the soup boils, make a whirlpool with the help of a spoon and then crack the eggs and add them carefully to the soup without breaking the yolk. Let the soup boil for two minutes.
