1package16 ounces of Brussels sprouts, cut in half

Instructions
Preheat the oven to 350 F (180 C).
Grease a baking pan, then add the pork chops, Brussels sprouts halved, sliced apples, bacon and sprinkle with onions, garlic and fresh thyme. Put salt and pepper to taste pour over the olive oil.
Bring the pan to heat and brown all the ingredients, about 5-8 minutes over medium-high heat. Then finish cooking in the oven about 25 minutes or until chops are cooked. Add trickles of water while in the oven to keep it from drying.
