Baked grated coconut cake

Ingredients

  • 3 cups shredded coconut
  • 1 ½ cups of sugar
  • ½ cup evaporated milk
  • 1 ½ cup of coconut milk
  • ½ cup all purpose flour
  • ¼ of cinnamon or a small stick of cinnamon
  • 2 egg yolks lightly beaten
  • Zest from 2 limes
  • 3 tablespoons melted butter
  • Pinch of salt

Instructions

  • Pre heat the oven at 375 F.
  • Grate the coconut.
  • Mix everything very well and put in greased baking mold bake it for 35 - 45 minutes (or until a stick comes out clean).
