This recipe is simple yet delicious, combining my Honey Granola recipe with creamy Greek yogurt and fresh blueberries. It’s a perfect breakfast or snack that your family will love!

Honey Granola

  • 4 cups whole oats
  • 3/4 cup almond slivers
  • 1/2 cup flax seeds
  • 1/2 cup sesame seeds
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 2 tablespoons coconut oil (or butter)
  • 1/2 cup (120 ml) agave syrup or honey (can be replaced with maple syrup)
  • 1 cup dried fruits: cranberries, cherries, prunes, raisins, figs (optional)

  • Mix Dry Ingredients: In a large bowl, combine the whole oats, almond slivers, flax seeds, sesame seeds, ground cinnamon, and salt. Mix well.
  • Add Liquid Ingredients: Add the coconut oil (or butter) and agave syrup (or honey) to the dry ingredients. Mix well until all the dry ingredients are coated with a thin layer of the liquid.
  • Bake Granola: Spread the mixture evenly on a baking tray lined with parchment paper. Bake for 35-40 minutes or until golden brown, stirring halfway through to ensure even baking.
  • Cool and Store: Let the granola cool for 5 minutes, then pack it in an airtight container. Store in a cool, dry place for up to 15-21 days.
