Bake Granola: Spread the mixture evenly on a baking tray lined with parchment paper. Bake for 35-40 minutes or until golden brown, stirring halfway through to ensure even baking.
Cool and Store: Let the granola cool for 5 minutes, then pack it in an airtight container. Store in a cool, dry place for up to 15-21 days.
