In a large bowl mix all dry ingredients together, mix well, then add all the liquid ingredients, make sure all dry ingredients are coated with a thin layer of liquid. Place the mixture in a baking tray with line with parchment paper, bake for 35 to 45 minutes or until golden brown.
Let it cool for 5 minutes and then pack the granola in an air tight container. Keep it in a fresh cool place, it will be good for 15-21 days.
