Homemade two ingredients keto cheese chips

Ingredients

  • 1 cup shredded cheese
  • 2 egg whites

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 400.
  • In a small mixing bowl, combine the egg whites, cheddar, and any herbs or spices you chose.
  • Grease a 24 slot mini muffin pan and drop very small portions of the cheese mixture into the muffin tins.
  • Spread it around getting it as thin as you can for optimal crispiness.
  • Bake for 10-20 minutes, or until browned to your liking.
  • Allow cooling before serving.

Notes

You can use your favorite cheese o make your own cheese bled for this recipe.
Adding herbs and spices can always spin this recipe and make it more fun
Using the mini muffin tin will give you the round form, you can also use a macaron mat with the macaron slots on it. If you want bigger chips you can use a regular muffin tin.
