Ingredients

  • 2 ripe avocados
  • ½ cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • ¼ cup almond milk or more as needed
  • ¼ cup grated coconut
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla paste
  • teaspoon salt
  • ¼ –½ tablespoon coconut oil
  • Stevia or monk fruit to taste
  • Optional toppings: cacao nibs toasted coconut, raspberries, shaved dark chocolate.

Instructions

  • Add all ingredients to a blender or food processor.
  • Blend until completely smooth (about 60–90 seconds).
  • Taste and adjust sweetener.
  • Chill at least 30 minutes for best texture.
  • Serve cold with toppings.
