Chop all your veggies. Season your turkey with salt and pepper.
Mix in the slow cooker the turkey, tomatoes, butter, pinto beans, carrot, onion, garlic, cumin, black pepper, green onions, 1/2 of the cilantro and salt.
Cover, and cook 8 hours on Low or 4 hours on High.
Slice thinly the rest of the cilantro and whip it into the sour cream to garnish each bowl.
