I'm the type of person who loves to cook. I like to try new recipes, and I love to feed people. When my husband was diagnosed with diabetes, I had to find ways to make his favorite foods healthier. That's when I started experimenting with low-carb tortillas.
Fast forward to 2020, at the beginning of the pandemic, I tried a lot of different recipes, and finally found one that he loved. I started making low-carb tortillas for him every week. Then, friends and family started asking me to make them some too.
I never thought that my little hobby would turn into a business, but in the middle of the Covid-19 pandemic, that's exactly what happened. People were looking for ways to eat healthier, and my low-carb tortillas fit the bill.
I've been busy cooking and delivering low-carb tortillas all over town. I even had to hire a few people to help me keep up with the demand! Who would have thought that my low-carb tortilla business would take off like this?
I'm so grateful that my low-carb tortillas are helping people to live healthier lives. And I'm excited to see what the future holds for my business. Who knows, maybe one day my low-carb tortillas will be available nationwide!
Thank you for all your support. I couldn't have done it without you.
Sincerely,
Your low-carb tortilla lady

My wife and I did quite a bit of travelling the world via food during lockdown last year. It was very rewarding

Hello Steven and thank you for your kind words. This is the best way to travel, by eating and tasting different foods and learning about cultures. Thank you for stopping by.
